We offer many personal and support services to help you continue living comfortably at home. Some of the services are provided by our staff members and others by external providers. In that case, we take care of finding the right providers and coordinating their services with our clients.
Assisted Living is for people aged 65 years and older who live at home in the Hawkesbury, L’Orignal and Vankleek Hill area. This service is provided by Personal Support Workers in collaboration with Groupe Action.
This program is intended for individuals who require a high level of personal support on a daily basis. However, they do not require the supervision or medical care that would be provided in a long-term care home.
Take care of your feet! Problems such as ingrown toenails, foot pain or sores can affect your mobility and lead to more serious health problems.
Foot care services are provided by certified foot care nurses.
This service is offered to people aged 55 and older and to adults with special needs living in the Prescott-Russell region.
Have you lost a loved one? Do you need to talk about it and express your feelings? We offer a caring and compassionate presence to help you through this ordeal whether the bereavement is recent or several months old.
The Grief Support Program is offered to people of all ages living in the Prescott-Russell region.
Do you need help for housecleaning or washing your windows? Our housekeeping and light home maintenance services are designed to improve your quality of life.
Services are provided by external suppliers. We coordinate their services based on your specific needs. You can request assistance for a short period of time only, such as during convalescence, or on a regular basis, such as every two weeks.
This service is offered to people aged 55 and older and to adults with special needs living in the Prescott-Russell region.
Do you provide significant assistance to a loved one facing a loss of independence? Do you worry about leaving this person alone at home when you have to go out? Do you need time off to take care of yourself? If so, you can call on the Respite Program for Caregivers.
The program is for caregivers of eligible clients who are adults in need of constant supervision due to their health condition. For example, they may have a physical disability, a chronic illness, a diagnosis of dementia, or be in convalescence or palliative care.
