Foundation
The Foundation of the Community Services of Prescott and Russell is in operation since 1999. The Foundation Committee is set up by the Board of Directors of the Prescott & Russell Community Services in order to plan and execute fundraising campaign.
The Prescott-Russell Community Services are extremely grateful for the support and partnership of the PRCS Foundation with the Delta Bingo and Gaming Centre. This helps the Foundation achieve its mission of helping low-income clients to meet their needs.
